The care home
Claremont Nursing Home is situated in the picturesque West Yorkshire village of Farsley in Leeds. Claremont is a 48bed predominately purpose-built care home with en-suite rooms and en-suite shower rooms.
Situated in the heart of Farsley, next to the park, Claremont has ties with all aspects of the local community. The Post Office, pharmacy, Village Hall, park and churches are all within easy reach, as are the dentist, opticians and public houses. The Home is easily accessible by public transport, and within easy access of the main railway line. Farsley is a beautiful conservation village located between Leeds and Bradford. It is ideal for residents and families who have a requirement for convenient access. The Home is situated in extensive grounds consisting of lawned areas and a car park to the front.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of balanced, appetising meals
- Perform cooking tasks & other kitchen duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, service areas & dining room
- Wash utensils, dishes & make sure they are stored appropriately
- Always following health and safety procedures
