Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home in Weston-super-Mare provides compassionate short- and long-term care for up to 40 residents, including recovery, nursing, and palliative support.

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and support our team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents.

What You Will Do
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the home are clean, safe, and welcoming. You will organise and delegate daily tasks, monitor quality, train and guide staff, and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment. You will also liaise with other departments, address any housekeeping concerns promptly, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
