Care Assistant - £12.21 per hour & Senior Care Assistant - £13.78 per hour

About the Role

This role is perfect for an experienced Care Assistant who understands the rhythm of a care home, takes pride in delivering exceptional standards, and thrives as part of a professional, supportive team. Your experience will ensure residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.
You’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll follow care plans, recognise changes in residents’ needs, and collaborate with Nurses and senior team members to deliver the highest standards of care. You’ll also act as a role model for newer team members, helping foster a positive culture of kindness, professionalism, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking carers with at least 12 months’ experience in a care home environment, confident supporting elderly residents, including those living with dementia. Medication experience is advantageous. A Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care is beneficial, along with experience, compassion, and values are what matter most.
