We support individuals with recovery, nursing, and palliative needs in a homely environment where dignity, comfort, and quality of life are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a rewarding role where you will deliver excellent clinical care, support our residents’ wellbeing, and play an active part in creating a warm and inclusive community.
What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will
provide high-quality nursing care, administer medication safely, and
monitor residents’ health needs. You will lead shifts, support and
guide the care team, and ensure care plans are accurate and up to
date. You will build trusting relationships with residents and their
families, encouraging independence and promoting dignity at every
step. You will work closely with colleagues and healthcare
professionals, ensuring safe, person-centred care that makes a genuine
difference to residents’ lives.
What We’re Looking For
You must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, you will bring compassion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering care that enhances quality of life.
