Our highly skilled team delivers compassionate, person led support in a calm, homely environment where residents are empowered to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
We are now recruiting dedicated and caring Night Healthcare Assistants to join our close knit team. Please note that successful candidates will be required to complete up to six months working day shifts in order to complete training and competency assessments before moving permanently to night shifts.

Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant at Dee View
Court, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person
centred care to residents with complex needs. You will assist with
personal care, mobility and daily routines, ensuring each resident’s
care plan is followed with empathy, dignity and professionalism. You
will encourage independence, promote wellbeing and help create a calm
and supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued and cared
for. During your initial period on day shift, you will complete
essential training and competency assessments to ensure you are fully
prepared and confident to work independently on nights.
What We’re Looking For
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential
- Ideally six months of experience in a care setting, though applicants with transferable skills and a genuine passion for care are welcome
- A kind, patient and compassionate nature
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive, reliable and positive attitude
