The exceptional team at Kingsfield Court is currently looking for a Care Assistants to support them during the day on a full-time, permanent basis. With the 70-bed home being purpose-built with its residents in mind, you will find a homely yet glorious environment.
The home has 3 floors, running individually to ensure the real quality of care, you will be allocated to one of these to enable you to build those loving, professional relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
With the desire to always improve and develop their staff skillset, you will be encouraged to progress and develop skills, qualifications and training with the support of the company, so no experience is required!
What you will receive as a Day Care Assistant;
- £13.03 per hour
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 38.5 hours per week on a rolling 6-week rota
- 12 hours shifts, 3 on 3 off, 8am-8pm
- Based in Earl Shilton, LE9 7DG
What you will receive as a Night Care Assistant;
- £13.66 per hour
- Full-time, permanent contract
- 38.5 hours per week on a rolling 6-week rota
- 12 hours shifts, 3 on 3 off, 8pm-8am
- Based in Earl Shilton, LE9 7DG
What you will be doing as a Care Assistant;
- Support residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene
- Provide support at meal times
- Ensure residents maintain good nutrition
- Assist residents to mobilise safely around the home
- Undertake light housekeeping duties such as tidying residents’ rooms, making and changing beds, etc.
- Interacting with, and encouraging residents to socialise and take part in activities
- Liaise with other care professionals relating to the needs of the residents

What you will need to be successful as a Care Assistant;
- Experience of working within a caring environment
- NVQ L2 in Direct Care
- The ability to communicate well and make others feel welcomed and comfortable
- Supervisory and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire
- Willingness to develop new skills
