In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents. Working under the guidance and supervision of the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and senior Nursing staff, you will support residents with their daily needs, promote their independence, and ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about nursing care and committed to making a real and positive impact on the lives of others. The ideal candidate will take the time to build meaningful and trusting relationships with residents, treating each person with respect, kindness, empathy, and consideration. Your ability to listen, engage, and provide emotional as well as practical support will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

You should be a team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others. Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Check in line with safeguarding requirements.
