Skills / Qualifications:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical knowledge and experience in elderly care
- end of life care or similar settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and support care staff Confidence in medication administration and care planning Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions show strong compassion and empathy
