We are seeking a passionate and dynamic PBS Development Lead to join our team within our Adult Support Centre providing support across our services. The ideal candidate will be a qualified PBS Practitioner with significant experience in delivering training or a qualified trainer or training manager with excellent knowledge of positive behaviour support and 2 years’ experience delivering care and support under a PBS framework.
As a Postive Behaviour Support Lead, you’ll lead the team to care for our residents like they’re own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve.
About you:
