We are always looking to continuously improve and an are therefore looking for an exceptional Care Home Registered Manager to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will share our values and ethos, which is to support a person who has chosen to live at Dystlegh Grange to create his or her ‘own home’ in an individual suite, within a neighbourly community, enjoying the peace of mind, personal control and confidence that this brings. The successful candidate will work closely alongside our Principal & Senior Care Managers, and will have a specific responsibility to:
- Further develop the ‘own home’, neighbourly ethos of the Grange
- Develop & maintain effective working relationships with other Managers.
- Uphold our open, positive and inclusive management culture.
- Lead and be responsible for compliance matters, demonstrating a sound understanding of the prevailing regulatory standards & maintaining our ‘outstanding’ rating.
- Have oversight of operational matters including HR and staffing, and daily monitoring with essential support, (e.g. individual care plans, medication administration, NEWS2, observations, G.P. and hospital contacts).
In addition, alongside the existing leadership team, the candidate will significantly contribute to:
- Development and communication of strategic plans for promoting Dystlegh Grange.
- Overseeing the implementation of Dystlegh Grange policies and procedures
- Creating and role modelling the conditions to evolve daily awareness in countering institutional, gravitational forces
