About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and clinically strong Registered Manager to lead Maesbrook, a well-established nursing home specialising in complex care, palliative care, and end-of-life support.
This is an opportunity to lead a service where quality of care, dignity, and resident wellbeing are central to everything we do.
You will take overall responsibility for the home, ensuring it is safe, well-led, and delivering consistently high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Support, develop, and lead the nursing and care team
- Ensure care plans, medication, and risk management are consistently maintained to a high standard
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
- Promote a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for both residents and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home
- A strong clinical background (RGN or RMN preferred)
- Experience working within a home rated Good or above by CQC
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- The ability to support and motivate a team while maintaining high standards
