The Role
You will be part of a professional team within a 45-bed nursing home delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
• Building positive and meaningful relationships with residents
• Assisting nurses with clinical care tasks
• Recording care accurately using digital systems
• Working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive care team
