Clinical Lead Nurse RGN or RMN Contract
- £25.00 per hour
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Paid DBS & NMC, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with
clear progression into Deputy Manager and Home Manager roles, within
a well led, structured environment where your leadership and
clinical expertise are recognised and developed.
Role Overview
As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the Home Manager in the
clinical and operational oversight of the service, ensuring high
standards of care are delivered consistently and safely. This is a
senior nursing role where your clinical expertise and leadership will
directly influence the quality, safety and effectiveness of care
across the home.
You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care
teams, ensuring care is delivered in line with individual care plans,
best practice and regulatory standards. You will oversee clinical
practice, support complex decision making, monitor outcomes and ensure
safe medication management and effective care delivery at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and multi disciplinary
teams, you will promote a person centred approach while driving
continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in supporting,
mentoring and developing staff, ensuring a confident, capable and well
supported team.
This postion will include alternate weekends, and will be a
mixture of Supernumery hours as well as being present on the floor,
working to business needs.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical leadership and decision making skills
- Experience leading or supporting a nursing team
- Confidence overseeing clinical practice and standards
- Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively, providing clear updates and supporting the Home Manager in decision making
- Commitment to delivering high quality, person centred care
