About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding nursing care to our residents while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering high-quality clinical care
• Administering medication safely
• Developing and reviewing care plans
• Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
• Leading and supporting care staff
• Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical records

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• A compassionate and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
