Job summary
Our purpose built, luxury 67-bed care facility is located in the charming town of Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire. We are proud to provide a range of services which includes Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite & Palliative Care.
Host Contract
- £12.71 per hour
- Contracted to Bank hours per week working 10am - 4pm
- Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As Host, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming
and well organised dining experience. This is a front facing role
where your attention to detail and friendly approach will help ensure
every mealtime feels enjoyable, relaxed and well managed.
You will oversee the day to day presentation and smooth running
of dining areas, supporting residents and visitors while maintaining
high standards of cleanliness, safety and service. From preparing the
dining environment to serving refreshments and supporting mealtimes,
your role will contribute directly to comfort, routine and overall wellbeing.
Working closely with the kitchen and care teams, you will help
create a positive and inclusive environment where individuals feel
valued and supported.
