We're looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team in South Molton.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of clinical care, supporting the Home Manager, and inspiring our nursing and care teams to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.
? What we're looking for:
- RGN or RMN with active NMC registration
- Experience with Dementia in a clinical setting
- Previous experience in a Care/Nursing Home
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience in a supervisory role within a nursing or care home setting
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting team development
