Job summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • ??Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
  • ??Complete clinical assessments and regularly review care plans
  • ??Administer, order and safely manage medications
  • ??Monitor residents' health and respond to changes promptly
  • ??Lead and support Care Assistants to ensure safe, effective practice
  • ??Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • ??Liaise with GPs, pharmacists, MDT professionals and families
  • ??Support audits, quality monitoring and CQC compliance
  • ??Promote infection control, safeguarding and safe working practices

Shift Pattern

  • ??7:45 - 20:00
  • ??Weekdays and weekends on a rota basis

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Valid NMC registration (essential)
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical judgement and medication management skills
