Royal Eaton Care Home is a beautiful, purpose-built care home in Sandbach opening its doors in August 2026, and will provide exceptional residential, dementia and respite care. Our 62-bed home has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, dignity and an outstanding quality of life for every resident.

We are looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. Whether you already have experience in care or are looking to build a rewarding career supporting older people, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents, helping them to live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care, dignity and respect.
  • Assisting with mobility and daily living activities.
  • Encouraging independence wherever possible.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
  • Working closely with nurses and senior carers to deliver personalised care.
  • Maintaining accurate care records.
  • Helping create a warm, welcoming and homely environment for residents and visitors.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are kind, reliable and passionate about caring for others.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to work using your own initiative while supporting colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
