Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Green Gables Nursing Home and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily living. Responsibilities

• Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Assist residents with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment.
• Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each person’s needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, including updates to care plans and daily logs.
• Support the hospitality team during meal times to ensure an excellent dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, clients, and their families to ensure clarity and continuity of care.

Shift Patterns 

• Standard 12-hour shifts.
• Day shift and night shifts available.
