Andrew Mangion - Chief Operating Officer
As part of a comprehensive management restructuring initiative, London-based Gold Care Homes has appointed Andrew Mangion to the position of Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

He brings with hima wealth of talent, enthusiasm and ability, together with a great passion for the dignified and sensitive care of the elderly and vulnerable. Prior to his time in the care industry, Andrew was Regional Operations Director for a well known and respected hotel chain. That experience will also add to the considerable skills he brings to the professional management of our company and the excellence of care for our residents. He also has a great deal of expertise and valuable knowledge of caring for residents with Dementia or Brain Injury which is a growing group needing care in our society today.

John Garvey - Operations Manager
Seasoned care sector professional, John Garvey takes up the position of Operations Manager, Gold Care Homes with immediate effect.
"John comes to Gold Care Homes from one of the UK's top care organisations. He has a remarkable track record of creating an extremely efficient operational base from which to provide high quality care to a wide range of service user groups," said COO Andrew Mangion.
"Building teams of like-minded people, all focused on a clear understanding of the level of quality care we want to deliver is a vital element of our strategy, and John has a proven track record in this area.
