Residents at HC-One’s Four Seasons Care Home in Bolton enjoyed a visit from some unusual animals when Zoo Lab visited the home.
Staff at Four Seasons organised for the Zoo Lab to visit the Residents with exotic animals including a snake, bat, tarantula and even some creepy crawlies such as millipedes. The Zoo Lab representatives have a lovely relationship with the Residents and took the animals around the room giving each Resident the opportunity to touch and hold them. All the residents were keen to get involved and really enjoyed holding the unusual creatures.
The visit from the Zoo lab is a really enjoyable and therapeutic experience for the Residents and they are looking forward to a future visit from the Zoo lab.
