Happy Burlington 109th Birthday Gladys!

Rastrick Hall and Grange celebrated Gladys's birthday as best they could whilst in isolation.

Gladys is missing her family and their visits to see her but the staff made the extra-special birthday enjoyable never the less.

Staff had a special dress down day and everyone wore bright rainbow colours. Everyone joined in and sang for her as she blew out her candles.

The beautifully decorated Flowers cake took pride of place along with a special telegram from The Queen.

Gladys also received extra surprises in video, where she was able to watch her family wish her happy birthday.

The nearby school children also sang a very loud Happy Birthday to Gladys from their playground
