A biscuit celebration at The Chase

Residents and staff at The Chase Care Centre in Watford had the chance to delight in all things delicious last week with national ‘biscuit day’.

Staff at the home organised a biscuit-themed day for residents, with lots of themed activities. They had biscuit quizzes and discussed the history of the nation’s favourite snack.

Everyone also enjoyed sampling different flavoured biscuits with a glass of milk and talking about their childhood memories.

One resident said: “It is your yearly excuse to eat as many biscuits as you like!”

Yum! What a delicious day!
