I love listening to residents' incredible stories and helping them, which makes my role deeply fulfilling. “I wanted to work in a large care home environment because it provides opportunities for me to expand my knowledge with training and by working alongside experts. My favourite part of my day is being able to make people happy.”
“I wanted to work at The Chase as I am passionate about achieving results and enjoy a challenge. To be good in my role I think someone needs to have dedication, patience, willingness to learn new things, a team player, and to be able to achieve results and multi-task.”
