I am extremely sorry and concerned by your feedback about your mother's stay at The Chase. As the operations manager with overall responsibility for The Chase, I take all feedback very seriously. I have established from our records that all CHC and appeal documents were transferred on time and I can assure you that all of our visiting restrictions follow Public Health England and local government guidelines to the letter. We provide permanent and respite accommodation for individuals with residential, nursing, respite, palliative, nursing dementia care and specialist care needs. Our services include complete en-suite and basin with WC rooms. Additionally, we offer privately funded, local authority, and NHS-funded placements.
