Local goodwill continues

During the recent COVID pandemic we heard many stories of local people, groups and businesses being supportive of each other which was heartwarming. Five months on, local kindness is continuing. A local farm, New Farm in Elmhurst, delivered punnets of strawberries for the residents and team at The Spires care home in Lichfield.

Helen Lunn the homes Deputy Manager said: "The residents and team members were delighted to receive this generous and very delicious gift which is very unexpected. We would like to say a huge thank you to New Farm produce, their strawberries were enjoyed by us all we are very grateful."
