Keeping families connect with our Magic Moments Club App

The Granby Care Home is keeping families connected with the Magic Moments Club App.

Pip, the daughter of our resident, Trish has a very close relationship with her mum. To keep connected to one and another, Pip uses our MMC app weekly to see all of the fun her mum is having here at The Granby.

We also receive lots of lovely photos from Pip via the app. The pictures vary from old family photos to recent ones and she even adds a description for us.

This means we’re able to show Trish all of the photos Pip has uploaded to the app. Trish loves looking through the photos and chatting to our team members about the stories behind the images.

The Magic Moments Club App is unique to brighterkind, and is designed to help make our residents truly happy and to love every day. It brings them news, ideas, fun and entertainment, and helps keep them in closer touch with their families and friends.
