The Winnie the Pooh day

Today residents and staff at Woodland View Care Home, in Colchester, enjoyed national Winnie the Pooh day by taking part in some fun activities, but the most sentimental action was to meet Winnie the Pooh and his friends.
The national Winnie the Pooh day is celebrated every 18th of January each year.
The story of Winnie the Pooh was created by author A. A. Milne in 1926. He also featured his own son named Christopher Robin in this story.
Ever since its creation, Winnie the Pooh became one of the most popular characters of all time.
