Armchair Travel to Australia

At Tandridge Heights we had Armchair Travel. Our residents chose to travel to Australia!

We had an exciting day learning all about Australia. We had a virtual walk-around of the Australian zoo, the residents loved seeing all the animals and it also brought back memories for some that have been there before.

All residents had their own passports and boarding passes which really made them all laugh.

We had Australian prize bingo and an Australian quiz, we looked at facts and pictures of all this down under.

We served lemon and lime bitters and lots of different flavoured ice creams and toppings.

It really was a fantastic day had by all.
