National Caramel Day at Ivy Court

National Caramel Day fell on 5th April this year and inspired Karen at Ivy Court to unleash the fudge making process.

A simple recipe and few steps meant not everyone got involved in the making, Barbara helped all the way through, Maureen with the tough job of mixing and Betty helped with breaking the chocolate and putting into the pan, with Rachael, Robert and Edna being spectators.

We are almost surely guaranteed of more help tomorrow once the fudge is set ... with the taste test part, of that we have no doubt and we will share the results then.
