Residents visit Brig O’ Don pub and grill for Veteran's breakfast

Staff and residents from Barchester’s Fairview care home, in Danestone had a fantastic time visiting The Veteran’s Breakfast Club at Brig O’ Don Pub & Grill where they all enjoyed taking part in a wonderful get together making new friends with delicious bacon rolls organised by Aberdeen funeral directors with visitors from Poppy Scotland and ex-servicemen.

Residents and the activities team had a brilliant time chatting about Scotland, highland games and the military service with a range of unlimited teas and coffee throughout the morning.

Eddie, a resident at Fairview House said: “We have all had the most wonderful time visiting the Brig O’ Don, I enjoyed the company and would love to come back again and meet more people.”
