Milford House welcomes Gemma Hicks as General Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gemma Hicks as the new General Manager at Milford House with immediate effect, following the retirement of our previous Manager Marie-Therese Tiernan, and welcome her to the Milford House family. Gemma, who is a Registered Nurse by training, comes to the home with a wealth of experience having previously managed a home near Southampton and is already getting know residents and staff. She comments “Everyone has made me feel so welcome and I look forward to building on all the work done by my predecessor and bringing some of my own ideas and experience to this lovely home. We are so fortunate that Milford House has such a loyal workforce providing such great care for our residents and that we enjoy an enviable position with extensive grounds so close to the centre of Salisbury.
