Having a blast at our 80s Themed Day

We have partied the afternoon away at the ‘Club Tropicana’ Virtual Disco hosted by National Association for Providers of Activities for Older People.

To get in the party spirit the team decorated the home with balloons, 80s banners and themed props.

The home was filled with singing and lots of dancing as we connected with other care homes across the country (via zoom).

Following the disco the team served tempting fruit mocktails, snacks and yummy retro sweets.

Glenda kindly judged the fancy dress competition and it was a close contest, but a big congratulations to Lisa, Leigh-Anne and Alex who come 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. We would like to thank everyone at NAPA for hosting this event - we have had a blast. We look forward to the 80s Disco Funk Napa event in October to celebrate Black History Month.
