#National Relaxation Day

Today Ashlar House team & residents were encouraged to slow down and unwind.

It's a day to focus on taking care of ourselves and taking time out to relax and reflect on things that important to us.

The day consists of gentlemen gathering together and chilling by playing cards, a touch of sensory in the garden and our most popular activity painting which passes the afternoon away.
