We are now live on ConneX As part of Barchester’s digital transformation, Tewkesbury Fields went live with our new customer relationship system. ConneX supports and helps manage the journey from enquiry to admission with everything in the system connected together, so we have one point for a customer perspective, supporting us further in providing an exceptional customer experience. We celebrated the occasion with a cup of coffee and delicious cupcakes.
