National Dementia Care Award 2024

We're happy to share that Atfield House Care Home in Isleworth, London, has won a fantastic accolade at the National Dementia Care Awards - the Outstanding Practice in Dignity and Respect Award. The National Dementia Care Awards celebrate outstanding practice in dementia services and recognise a commitment to deliver a high standard of person-centred care for people living with dementia. The team from Atfield House attended a ceremony where their achievements were celebrated and they were announced the winners of the Outstanding Practice in Dignity and Respect category. The judges felt that Atfield House was an exceptional service, convincingly demonstrating that it puts dignity and respect for people living with dementia, as well as those who support and care for them, at the very heart of everything it does, resulting in tangible benefits for all involved.
