Their dedication and loyalty embody the values at the heart of Westgate Healthcare.

This year, we proudly honour:

• 22 individuals who have dedicated 5 years of service. • 10 individuals who have shown unwavering commitment for 10 years. • 6 individuals who have reached an incredible 15 years with us.

Every milestone represents countless moments of compassion, expertise, and dedication, all contributing to the quality of care we deliver to our residents. These individuals have not only shaped the success of our homes but have also left a lasting impact on the lives of the residents, families, and colleagues they have supported along the way.
