We found the care from Westgate toward Bill was amazing. Staff were kind and understanding. Staff maintained Bill's dignity throughout his stay. Staff also looked after us as a family as well with kindness and understanding. Bill had a peaceful, dignified passing thanks to the staff on duty. Special

St Pauls Care Centre is a wonderful care home. The staff are amazing my grandfather Mr Manubhai was on the Windsor unit room T12 for his final days. He was treated with such love, care and kindness. Nurse Smita was especially compassionate and supportive. I will always be grateful to all the team at
the care home for ensuring my grandad who passed away on the 19 December passed with dignity and respect. THANK YOU does not feel like enough. Your work and care is so meaningful. I would recommend this care home to all. If my grandad has the words I am sure he'd also be grateful for the care he received.

On 1/12/2025 I had two friends visit me, the first thing that they mentioned was the quality and standard of the accommodation. They were very impressed by this. The fact that on arrival they were offered a cup of coffee served to reinforce that impression. The same can be said of my two sons who visit

All of the staff are so lovely and friendly at St Paul's. The nurses cared for my nan so well, we always knew she was being looked after, they are very attentive and caring.

I would like to put on record my thanks to all the staff at St Paul's Care Centre for looking after my dear mother with such kindness and care from the time she entered the home until her recent passing - from the expertise and professionalism of the day and night nursing team to the cleaning/maintenance
team, from the carers to the finance/management team - and of course, the delightful receptionist - not forgetting the very friendly and innovative activities team. Thank you for the compassion and dignity you showed Mum, especially at the end. Grateful thanks, and I will always recommend you.

My father is very well cared for here. He is settled and happy. The staff are friendly and they take good care of him.

I have found the home very welcoming from the reception staff, to the entertainment staff, cleaners, hairdresser and care staff. It is an extremely brightly furnished home. The bedrooms are regularly cleaned and they hav all the facilities you need e.g. ensuite. The entertainment staff are brilliant!
They make the residents feel very welcome and laughter is in abundance. The care staff are very good and on hand to help.
