They have nursed her back to health with quality nursing care, good food and a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are all delightful and respond quickly to any queries or concerns. There is a good range of entertainment, activities and day trips. We now have complete peace of mind, knowing that my mother is being so well looked after.

Renjini is passionate about people and truly embodies Westgate Healthcare’s values. Since beginning her nursing career in India in 2007 and moving to England to pursue her vocation, she has brought compassion, commitment, and leadership to every role.
Joining Westgate in 2020, Renjini quickly rose through the ranks at Hampden Hall Care Centre, our sister home in Aylesbury, eventually managing its largest unit. Her leadership transformed team morale, improved care outcomes, and earned her the Westgate Star of the Year Award in 2023.
Renjini was promoted to Home Manager at Byron House in June 2025, where she leads with empathy and purpose. She empowers her team to deliver compassionate, committed, collaborative, and credible care, ensuring every resident feels safe, valued, and supported. She has recently completed her Level 5 leadership qualification and remains dedicated to promoting well-being and nurturing a positive, person-centred culture.
