Jo and her team are so warm, friendly, courteous and caring, and all in a warm, clean, welcoming and modern setting with fab decor.
We were offered food, drink and blankets when staying overnight as my sister's life ebbed away. A fabulous care home.

My family and I have been delighted with the care my mother received over the two years she was a resident. Every member of staff we came in contact with were kind, compassionate and fun, from the cleaners, laundry staff, nursing assistance and qualified Nursing Staff. I hadn't appreciated how well liked my mother was and how big a fan club she accumulated. It was very comforting to know that she was so well looked after right up to the end of her life. A big thank you to everyone.
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. It truly means a great deal to us that your mother's time with us brought comfort not only to her, but to your whole family as well.
Your recognition of our entire team, from housekeeping and laundry to care and nursing staff, is deeply...
Light, and airy. Brilliant, friendly staff, nice environment, well maintained, excellent facilities, and community activities. Food, and drink are available for guests as well. Highly recommended for those seeking good care.
Our team takes great pride in creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere, so it's wonderful to know that this came through during your visit.
We also appreciate your comments about the food and refreshments for guests, it's all part of making everyone feel comfortable and at home. Your recommendation means a great deal to us, and we're grateful for your support.
I wanted to thank all of the staff at Hampden Hall for the care of my Grandmother over the past 2 years. All of the staff were so kind, especially towards the final few days of her life. The staff supported us as a whole family and were great with their communication and time. They have helped make a hard time a lot easier for all of us. We can rest easy that my grandma was comfortable and well cared for.

From the moment mum arrived she was made very welcome and received exceptional kindness and care. All the nurses and carers have a tough demanding job and they do it with the utmost professionalism.
It truly means a lot to our entire team to hear that your Mum felt welcomed and cared for from the moment she arrived.
Our nurses and carers work incredibly hard, and your recognition of their professionalism and compassion is greatly appreciated.
We're grateful you took the time to share your experience, thank you.
Very positive. I was impressed by how quickly various staff members came to know my husband, his various preferences and his character. Also likes the activities, with some variety. I felt there was an upbeat atmosphere smiley staff. Also, maintenance were very helpful and quick in setting up the TC and computer. Friends and relatives have commented on my husband's improved chattiness and mood. He was staying for respite, and I would hope there'll be a place for him if he needs permanent care.
Understanding each resident's preferences, personality and character is so important to us, especially during a respite stay. It's wonderful to know your husband enjoyed the activities and the variety on offer, and that you felt the upbeat atmosphere from our smiling team. That means a great...
A lovely, welcoming home. Lovely smiling receptionist, very caring staff who continually went that extra mile to make my wife's stay as good as possible and were so kind and supportive to me. Had a real sense of community and a great sense of team spirit.
We are truly delighted to hear that you experienced such a warm welcome and felt supported throughout your wife's stay. It means a great deal to us that our receptionist and care team made a positive impression and that their kindness and dedication helped make this time as comfortable as possible...
There are three members of the team who deserve a special mention for their outstanding dedication: Krista, Jo, and Rose. They are particularly lovely individuals who consistently go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable, happy, and well-looked after. Their kindness and professional support have provided our family with immense peace of mind.
We are very grateful for everything the entire team does and would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a supportive environment for their loved ones.
We're truly delighted to hear that your mother-in-law has settled in well, and that the transition into care has felt like a genuine home away from home. We know how emotional and challenging that change can be for families, so it means a great deal to know our team has been able to provide comfort...
There is always a lovely atmosphere as soon as I enter the home; the staff are friendly and very helpful. They are a credit to their manager, and there is a lovely calmness.

The staff have been wonderful in encouraging her to stay active; she even has a little 'job' in the dining area because she loves to be helpful!
The activities are fun and engaging, and there is a real sense of community among the residents and staff. The home is always clean, tidy, and has a very friendly, positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Hampden Hall to any family looking for a safe and happy environment for their loved ones.

My brother is very happy at the home. The staff are all very professional, caring and friendly. Visitors are made to feel welcome, starting at reception, and the residents all seem happy. The building is always very clean and tidy.
Your comments about our staff, welcoming atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the home are very encouraging, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words on to everyone, including our reception and housekeeping teams.
My partner has spent several weeks at Hampden Hall for rehabilitation after suffering a broken leg. Her care has been first class throughout. She told me the other day that everyone from cleaners to nurses and carers through to management are delightful, making for a happy atmosphere - nothing seems to be too much trouble. The food is well cooked and varied and well presented, and delicious. Her room is light and airy, her bed is comfortable, and the provision of a reclining chair is most welcome. Frankly, I can think of nothing that would have improved her stay.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review. We're delighted to hear that your partner's experience at Hampden Hall has been so positive and that our team has provided care and support to such a high standard. As below, excellent all round.
Thank you so much for your 5 star review! We're thrilled to hear that you had an excellent experience with us.
The recommendations we had received turned out to be completely accurate. Mum received exemplary care at Hampden Hall. Every member of staff was kind, communicative and attentive and the facilities second to none. The nursing care was excellent and within a short space of time my mum decided that she felt so much safer as a resident that she decided to remain there permanently.
She enjoyed the many social activities that were arranged by the team and the interaction with other residents as well as having the peace and quiet of her own room with full en-suite shower room facilities.
We can't recommend Hampden Hall enough.

The decision to have our dad taken into care wasn't an easy decision and was taken out of our hands due to personal circumstances. Our dad has now been a resident at Hampden Hall for over a year and he has settled in very well, at the first he tried to escape a couple of times, soon caught and back to his room. The staff and everyone at Hampden are very helpful, polite and do so much for all the residents not just my dad. He has been made very welcome which is lovely to see and hear especially as my sister and myself cannot visit on a regular basis as we both live so far away. Thank you to the team that has helped us to have a video call meeting every week with our dad, it helps us to see that he is keeping well and so well looked after by everyone. Special thanks to the staff on Pine Unit its nice to see him happy and smiling again in everything you do for him we really appreciate it.
Thank you so much for your lovely words. We know how hard it can be being far away, so we're delighted to hear the video calls bring you comfort and reassurance. It's wonderful to hear your dad has settled in and is happy - The team at Hampden Hall, especially those on Pine Unit, will be so pleased to hear your lovely feedback.
Hampden Hall is welcoming and friendly from reception onwards. The staff look happy and committed in their work in all facets of the home. The home is clean, fresh, and all staff are receptive to any requests, first class.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found Hampden Hall welcoming and that our team's commitment and positivity shone through during your visit. It's great to know that the cleanliness and atmosphere of the home made a positive impression too. Your kind...

Mum was moved in Hampden Hall after a long stay in hospital, but we then decided it was the safest and best place for her to be . Her Parkinson's has now become dementia but she is SO well looked after . The care and love she receives from everyone working there is just wonderful. They are so kind and keep in touch with me constantly. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, respect and professionalism with my mum . I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone .
