So pleased I visited my sister in this lovely home which was a far departure (for the good) from the previous home I have visited over the years. We were treated on arrival and by the time of our second visit, the lovely helpful receptionist knew our names. Above all, there were no smells of body odour on my sister's floor. The staff were kind and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The equipment is excellent, the atmosphere was calm and comfortable.

The home welcomes family members and friends of the residents and includes them in decision-making. The lady on Reception always remembers my name and the carers in Pine Unit offer me a cup of tea (and they make it just as I like it).

My husband has been a resident at Hampden Hall since January 2024. Prior to that he had a stroke and has also suffered a heart attack and pneumonia. His cognitive and physical abilities are poor but the staff at Hampden Hall look after him brilliantly with care and respect. I have no complaints...

Her work ethic, dedication and compassion led to a natural progression to Home Manager at our sister home, St Pauls. In 2021 Juliana became Home Manager at Hampden Hall and we are delighted to have her as part of the team.
Her passion for care and dedication to her residents make Juliana a wonderful asset to the team and she looks forward to leaving her mark at Hampden Hall.
