My mum was at Hampden Hall for 4 months and received the most wonderful care throughout her stay. Each member of staff; nurse, care assistant or cleaner treated her with the utmost respect and dignity.

As a family we could not have been more happy with the care she received.

My brother came to Hampden Hall very anxious. He loves it here he is comfortable well looked after well fed. The staff are lovely, I'm very happy with his care he says "They are really lovely people", Monthly updates from Jo are a bonus to keep us updated. As we were so worried about him. He seems so calm now. Thankyou. All.

My Dad came to Hampden Hall for temporary care in May 2026 having been transferred from Stoke Mandeville Hospital after a fall at home. I came to visit him most days & got to know most of the Staff. I am really happy with the way my Dad was looked after. The Meals I believe were very good & definitely the friendliness & support given by the Nurses & Carers was very good. There was plenty of entertainment laid on & people seemed to enjoy whatever was laid on for them.
The Care Home & the Grounds outside were kept in nice condition & the Amenities were very good. Reasonable size Car Park as well.

Just want to say a big thank you to everyone who helped & Cared for my Dad during his Stay here. 8 May - 14 July 2026.

My mum has been at Byron House for 15 months having moved her from another home. The care and love that the staff at BH show mum is amazing. I can finally relax and know she has the care she deserves. The team at BH, manager (Rengini), Duffsum, all the seniors, carers, cleaners, events (Linda) EVERY single one of them are lovely and I cannot thank you enough.

My wife has settled in well at Byron House. She has a complex condition and the team do a great job in ensuring she is fully included within life at Byron House.

Byron House is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and really make all the relatives welcome. It really does feel like our extended family. Mum came here just over 2 year ago (somewhat reluctantly!) and very quickly felt very at home. Cannot praise the staff enough and we love the close knit community and family friendly environment.

Could not do better. I did not want to come into here or anywhere else. Took couple of days to realise I love it here thank you all so much. I know we can be difficult at times so sorry for that.

My father has been in Byron House, since December 2025. He is very happy with everything constantly commenting on how well he is looked after.
His happiness & comfort are my main priorities and Byron House staff have been excellent in all his care needs.

Absoloutely marvellous. The care that is given is first class, everyone always has a smile, Mum is always being asked if she is ok, does she want anything is she happy.
The team are fantastic, food freshley prepared and to such a great quality.
In just a few days I can see how Mum's improving day by day.

Overall, we are very pleased that we selected Byron House after we looked at several Care Homes in the area.
The staff are excellent and the atmosphere more like an extended family than a care home.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, both for the residents and their guests.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. Management is friendly and efficient.

My brother continues to receive good attention. He has complex medical needs that are being addressed effectively by staff.
The home is most welcoming, caring and professional. Information about my brothers condition is readily available. There is a strong sense of teamwork in supporting her needs. Inclusivity is a welcome feature, with regular consultation and updating on needs.

My sister was admitted for palliative care and subsequently end of life care. The staff have been supportive, caring, always taking time to answer questions and provide comfort.
Jo and her team are so warm, friendly, courteous and caring, and all in a warm, clean, welcoming and modern setting with fab decor.

We were offered food, drink and blankets when staying overnight as my sister's life ebbed away. A fabulous care home.

My family and I have been delighted with the care my mother received over the two years she was a resident. Every member of staff we came in contact with were kind, compassionate and fun, from the cleaners, laundry staff, nursing assistance and qualified Nursing Staff. I hadn't appreciated how well liked my mother was and how big a fan club she accumulated. It was very comforting to know that she was so well looked after right up to the end of her life. A big thank you to everyone.

I wanted to thank all of the staff at Hampden Hall for the care of my Grandmother over the past 2 years. All of the staff were so kind, especially towards the final few days of her life. The staff supported us as a whole family and were great with their communication and time. They have helped make a hard time a lot easier for all of us. We can rest easy that my grandma was comfortable and well cared for.
