She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2005 and has over 10 years of experience in the UK care home sector, having worked as a Nurse, Unit Manager, Clinical Lead, and now Deputy Manager. In her current role, Valentina focuses on the clinical leadership of the home, overseeing the care team to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered. She works closely with the Home Manager to support daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. Her priority is to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.
Lewis has been in the care sector for the last 4 years after moving from a career in the hospitality industry. In this role, he is tasked with supporting and supervising the housekeeping and laundry teams, whilst ensuring the highest of standards of cleanliness throughout the care home. Gokhan has over 23 years of international management experience in hospitality service. He started his career after graduating from university in Marriot Istanbul Residences and worked as Executive Housekeeping Manager for 9 years.
Gokhan has strong organisational, financial and communication skills, and is driven to provide a high level of service to all residents to ensure the cleanliness and order of Chestnut Manor Care Home. Gokhan believes that team spirit and can do attitude are the key of success.
Donna has worked within the healthcare section for her entire career, moving into activities and wellbeing roles over the last 27 years. The thing that Donna is most passionate about is making a difference to our residents’ lives, bringing joy, happiness and laughter to each of their days so they continue to live well.
