Residents Christmas Party!

Delicately peeling 'day 19' of the Devonshire calendar, we welcomed more windows of magic with open arms as we hosted a Residents Christmas Party to remember! From lovely meet & greets to fun & flavoursome treats, there were terrific vibes from the offset as whimsical decorations took centre stage amongst a backdrop of such a wholesome occasion...

It was amazing to catch up with the Resident's families, who (accompanied by our singer Ray) were able to unwind with style as we listened to a fantastic performance which shone more sunshine into our lounge. From Christmas classics to much loved favourites, the dancefloor filled as much as the refillable beverages on show, as everyone relaxed and jived away!

Into the party spirit - this fine Winter event blossomed throughout the afternoon as we delivered presents in more ways than one - going above & beyond to ensure that everyone thrived. Not least Cathy H and Carmel, who simply loved the dance floor. This time, our compassionate team dressed up everything 'Christmassy' that you can possibly imagine, as we shook things up in our lounge, to transform into a snow-globe of fun & joy!

Irene whispered: 'lovely' as she smiled in the eyes of our Singer, with joy & gratitude. Janet took a peaceful moment to watch the entertainment, alongside their visiting loved ones. Florence & John loved to have a photo opportunity, with the latter attempting (and succeeding) in mirroring a delightful pose.

From Santa & heart-warming snowmen costumes, to snow-white - we all had the fancy-dress prize in our sight, as we revealed the winner of our competition! Appropriately dressed as a Shepherd, we flocked to Felicidad to congratulate her on an amazing outfit. Overcome with joy, she said: 'Wow, I did not know there was a prize' which epitomised the type of gentle & unassuming nature that makes her such a valued member of our team.

What a sensational year it has been! We want to thank each and everyone of you for attending the party & for making it all the more special.
