Starting the New Year in style and as Burns Night draws closer we had a go at some Easy Bake Scottish Shortbread together.

Caroline jumped at the chance and got stuck in straight away. What a great sensory activity as the dough was kneaded and mixed we reminisced over recipes and baking stories of years gone by.
