We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of Enable, our new digital support plan system.

Over the last few weeks our fabulous team have been working extremely hard to digitalise all of our care plans, and this week we have gone live!!!

Enable revolutionizes the planning, recording, and coordination of person-centred care through handset devices.

The whole team have been amazing and the way they have embraced the new way of working has been phenomenal.
