A special anniversary celebrated at Forth Bay

The team and residents at Forth Bay Care Home in Fife recently came together to celebrate a very special milestone – wellbeing coordinator Diane’s 15th anniversary at the home.

Over the past decade and a half, Diane has become a much-loved part of life at Forth Bay, known for her dedication, kind nature, and ability to bring joy to every day. From organising memorable events to driving the home’s minibus for scenic outings, she puts her heart into making life meaningful for those she supports.

Diane has played a key role in creating many standout moments over the years, including a summer music festival that welcomed families and the wider community, and most recently, a 104th birthday celebration for resident Jean. Reflecting on her role, Diane shared that her biggest love is “seeing the enjoyment our residents get from large events to one-to-one chit chats!”

Here’s to Diane – and to many more years of the compassion and creativity she brings to the Forth Bay community.
