Anchor Magnets' warmroom magnetic radiator foil was tested at the University of Salford Energy House to measure its impact on energy efficiency. This controlled experiment, simulating typical UK winter conditions, revealed that warmroom can reduce gas heating usage by up to 2.9% while decreasing heat loss through external walls behind radiators by 54%. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of warmroom's low-emissivity surface in limiting radiative heat transfer to external walls.

The tests also showed no reduction in internal heating performance, making warmroom a simple, cost-effective way to lower energy bills. While savings depend on specific conditions, including wall insulation and radiator coverage, warmroom offers a promising step towards improving domestic energy efficiency.
