RMBI Care Co. receives gold in RoSPA Awards

Staff at RMBI Care Co. are celebrating after receiving a Gold Award in The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) 2025 Awards.

To obtain the Gold Award, entrants have to demonstrate a high level of performance, well-developed occupational health and safety management systems and culture, outstanding control of risk, and very low levels of error, harm and loss.

Brett Edwards, Health, Safety and Risk Director at RMBI Care Co., said: “We are immensely proud to receive this award, which recognises our dedication to health and safety not just for our residents and staff, but for anyone who comes into one of our care homes.”

“In recent years, we have had a strong focus on how our health and safety goals can be supported at all levels, from our Trustees to our Senior Leadership Team, Head Office teams and staff working in our Homes. We all know that health and safety is important in the workplace, but we also want to make it fun and engaging for everyone, so we all understand that we each have a role to play,” Brett added.
