National Lizard Day

Did you know that it was National Lizard Day in August?

Tonbridge House Care Home residents got into the mood to celebrate all things lizard with a visit from the wonderful Naomi from Animalia Encounters, who brought along lots of friendly reptiles, amongst other animals, for our residents to say hello to.

We had a bearded dragon, tortoises, a tree frog, a corn snake, skinny pigs, guinea pigs, and a lionhead rabbit. Our residents very much enjoyed this encounter and the interesting facts about them explained by Naomi.
